Juliet is highly organised, a great team motivator and facilitator and has the experience and focus to manage client expectations and delivery. Some of the key projects that Juliet has worked on include: Web development projects –- as a scrum master on multiple web development projects, Juliet has experience of stand-ups, iterations, retrospectives, releases, show-and tells, etc. Having been a client of design and development projects, Juliet ensures that she provides excellent client services, communicating regulary and managing expectations where necessary. CRM - Juliet has been involved in the roll-out of both Salesforce and Peoplesoft CRM which included customization and cost analysis, communication and training, report generation, and maximizing customer segmentation and e-mail marketing from CRM. Graduate recruitment programme –- most businesses can benefit from recruiting talent graduates possessing drive, enthusiasm and fresh ideas and Juliet is helping Unboxed Consulting achieve this. Her role includes building relationships with universities, attending fairs, creating bespoke opportunities and graduate recruitment collateral, interviewing and communicating with candidates. |
